I sold a computer to a couple november last year, haven't heard from them so assumed everything was ok, got a phone call from her last night, I swear this is true, I've changed her name for odvious reasons, this is how the conversation went;

I'm fine ta, I have a problem with my computer and wondered if you could help.
I'll try, whats the problem.
I play spider solitaire a lot and haven't won a game for ages, it seems the cards have gone stale, is there a way I can get into the computer and shuffle them up?
at this point I'm stuffing my fist in my mouth to try and stop laughing, I told her to select the easy game for a bit then go back to the medium game and that should do it.
She phoned me a little while ago to say it was fine and that she had won a few games so it worked!!
there are some people that shouldn't be aloud out on there own, she needs help!!
still laughing every time I think of it.
