not sure about tuning using your echo, but you have to enter the pid's manually
12698 V 14685 3/4
Video PID 1907
Audio PID 1911
PCR PID 1907

Haga is the resident echostar expert  Grin so he should be able to take you through it, if you can't sort it

Hi Grahame, hows life on the platforms mate, sod your luck, there aint enough money in the country could tempt me out there!
I'm a bit unsure by your question mate, the way I read it is that you have SportRO but it wont clear with card/cam/codes? mine wont either, it used to but it's rare I use the channel so dont know how long it's been off.
If you haven't got it fb is right, you have to enter the pid and do a scan on that frquency to get it down.

if you just scan using the frequency and symbol rate etc you get a scrambled channel
if you manually enter the PID's it's FTA
don't understand how it works, but it does

Hi mate, right lets get you sorted. turn reciever on, press ok to get channel info up, press white button and on the drop down list go to Add Data, enter the frequency, polarity and symbol rate which John has already listed, dont worry about the pids it will do them automatically, then press continue and it should find all the channels in that frequency, thats it, once stored in the normal way you should be able to view them.

@ haga
sorry steve, but you must manually enter the pid's or you won't see any colours

when you've entered the symbol rate, if you press the down button it should go to the video pid selection. it probably says "auto"
type the numbers in using your remote and it should work
sorry i can't test this for you as my echo is only set up for hotbird

@FB, have you got the latest software for the echo mate? Whenever I have added channels I've just left the pids on auto and everything has been ok, dont know what echo you have but mines the 808 with the latest software, (cant get to the sat right now to tell you what version it is)
