Help please!

In view of all the latest encryption systems now in operation i.e. series 2 nag via sec etc. Would someone be kind enough to help with the following:
Which is the easiest to use - cam, mm, etc. complete with a suitable programmer for whichever cam, bearing in mind that my computer skills are very limited.
I now need to move into the new millenium with the most future proof kit that I can afford and I am able to use.
I have read many of these forums here and the more I read the more baffled I become, so as you can see I'm a sad case but at 61 computer skills don't come easy.
Perhaps some of you kind experts out there could find time to help.
My receiver is a motorised echostar 3000IP VA so any equipment would need to be compatible with this.
Many thanks.

A MR cam(matrix reloaded) is about the most future proof cam out @ the moment.
Nothing is future proof in this game though m8,you have 2 take risks with your hard earned cash.
This cam is auto updating on most channels, the 1`s that are not are easy 2 program into the cam with your receiver remote control.
