Eutelsat 7E
Feb 8th, 2003, 1:57pm

Hi m8's,

Did a search on Eutelsat 7E and found about 50 ch. using my 5E LNB, but I just get Serching for signal on my patched Sammie. I realise I've got to have some files, but I can't really find out what encryption to use.

Probably nothing to watch, but still.....

Any idéas? Wink

hi gorth

those are Digiturk s(a turkish digital platform)channels that encrypted in Cryptoworks(you can forget those). And the others are ebu channels and you need a reciver  that can handle MPEG 4 systems. There is not many for public(very expensive ,2000 pounds ?).our recivers can handle only mpeg 2 system.
However Dream box will be handle that when right s/w is available since there is a special chip already in the box and just waiting to be activated.
