Title: Sat Finders / Meters
Post by Nick on Sep 11th, 2006, 3:50pm

Hi there,

As I've been doing a bit of housekeeping with my receiver, I've noticed that my moterised dish, sometimes forgets where sat's are.... don't know why that is but still...

I was wondering if anyone uses a Sat Finder, as I've noticed that some of them (Nilesat for example) have weak signals.

Does anyone use one of these and if so could they tell of their experiences and/or recommend one ?

L8ers
Nick

A friend of mine has one and it works well for him, but I have a feeling the one he got was quite expensive!

Not used one myself, I guess they are good to get the dish smack on the signal, but how good they are for stuff like nilesat and sirius which are already really weak would be anyone's guess!
