How to avoid the flu
Eat right! Make sure you get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.
Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin c.
Get plenty of exercise because exercise helps build your immune system.
Walk for at least hour a day, go for a swim, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
Wash your hands often. If you can't wash them, keep a bottle of antibacterial stuff around.
Get lots of fresh air. Open windows whenever possible.
Get plenty of rest.
Try to eliminate as much stress from your life as you can.
OR .... You can take the doctors office approach. Think about it, when you go for a shot, what do they do first? Clean your arm with alcohol. Why? Because alcohol kills germs. So......
I walk to the pub (exercise),
I put lime in my lager (fruit),
celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies),
drink on the bar patio (fresh air),
get drunk, tell jokes, and laugh (eliminate stress) and then pass out (rest).
The way I see it, if you keep your alcohol levels up flu germs can't get you!!!!

think im to late m8, flued up big time at the min but reckon the alcohol idea is worth a try to kill the germs,
so im off to the fridge for an early start on the road to recovery.

I'm sure the Big Black Nurse who inserted this object up my arse was a racist. :(

Everybody new I was having this procedure done, so when my name was mentioned everbody cheered. I was taken to a room that was the furthest away from the toilets. When it was first inserted it was quite pleasant, then the bitch ramed it home, and I screamed a little. ::) :o

My next problem was getting from the room to the toilets without shiting my pants. The git's in the ward were laughing there b*llocks off. But I was on a mission. Had to get to the toilet. Once securely on the seat then you can start laughing your self. :D
Well my instructions were do not sh*t for 20 mins, by christe was I sweating. But I came out of the toilet feeling like a new man. 8) :-[ :-[ :-[
